Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
 
How to Request a Return

•Full Name
•Shipping Address
•Phone Number
•Reason for Return
 
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. Refunds, store credit, or replacements will be issued only after the returned item has been received and processed.
 
Return Requirements & Inspection
We may request that you provide photos and/or videos of damaged or defective items before authorizing a return. Additionally, troubleshooting steps may be provided to help resolve the issue quickly and avoid return processing fees.
 
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective items. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Elevated Smoker Shop will be deducted from your refund.
 
 
 
Return Processing Fees
A 10% return processing fee may be applied in the following situations:
•Returned items that have been opened and are not defective
•Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse
•Items not properly cleaned or emptied prior to return
 
Alternative Devices Policy
All alternative devices must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.
•If an item is returned containing any form of residue or substance and is confiscated during transit, Elevated Smoker Shop is not responsible for the loss.
•If the item is received with any residual odor or particles, a 10% return processing fee will be applied.
 
Promotional Items – Terms & Conditions
Promotional items are considered final sale.
•If a promotional item is defective, it may qualify for a refund or store credit only.
•Promotional items are not eligible for replacement.
•If you return items from an order that included a promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned.
•If the promotional item is not returned, its full non-promotional value will be deducted from your refund.
 
Refused Orders
If an order is refused by the customer or the shipping carrier for any reason:
•A 10% return processing fee will apply
•Shipping charges are non-refundable
•If free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
