Order Fulfillment

For in-stock items, orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.

Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards. If a product does not meet our quality requirements, it may be discarded. In such cases, if we are unable to fulfill your order promptly, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. Shipping carriers, including USPS, may occasionally experience delays.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided. If you experience any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Our support team is also available to assist you when necessary.

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period of 24–72 hours, regardless of the selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday through Saturday).

Weekend Orders

Orders confirmed on Sundays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Holiday Processing

Orders are not processed on major or observed holidays. Processing will resume on the next business day.

USPS Shipping

USPS orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Shipping times are measured in business days.

Orders shipped to APO, DPO, FPO, and other military addresses may experience transit times of up to 7 business days.

Tracking updates from USPS may occasionally be delayed due to high shipping volumes. For tracking issues, please contact USPS directly.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for resolving issues related to lost or undelivered packages directly with the shipping carrier. Any shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Elevated Smoker Shop is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarders

Once an order has been successfully delivered to a shipping forwarder’s U.S. address, Elevated Smoker Shop is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or issues that may occur thereafter.

Order Discrepancies

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once a tracking number has been issued, orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled.

Refund Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only for returned items and may be subject to applicable return fees.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to California are subject to applicable sales tax.
